Background & Experience
Emi has spent more than two decades working in continence nursing across a wide range of settings — from community health services and aged care facilities to NDIS-funded supports and private practice. This breadth of experience means she understands the real-world challenges faced by individuals, families, and the care teams who support them.
Throughout her career, Emi has developed a reputation for clear communication, thorough assessment, and practical recommendations that make a genuine difference to quality of life. She works collaboratively with care teams, allied health professionals, and providers to ensure that every person receives the right support.
Emi founded Empower Continence Consulting to bring specialist continence expertise directly to the people and organisations that need it most — with the flexibility, responsiveness, and personal attention that only a dedicated private practice can offer.
